ThreeBond 1212 is a one-component, RTV silicone-based liquid gasket that vulcanizes at room temperature. It forms an elastic rubber seal that offers excellent resistance to vibration, shock, heat, oils, and fluids. Test results show it has a hardness of 30 Shore A, 300% elongation, 2.0 MPa tensile strength, and 1.0 MPa shear strength. It is recommended for sealing engine parts and can withstand temperatures from -60°C to 200°C.
