It offers good corrosion protection, under high loads, over a wide temperature range.

A mineral-oil-based anti-seize paste formulated with solid lube such as copper, graphite, and white solids.

Applications
Suitable for bolted joints that are subjected to high temperatures up to 650°C (1,202°F) and to corrosive effects – and that after assembling and the initial operation, have to be retightened or disconnected. Molykote 1000 adalah solid lube paste, pasta pelumas padat yang formulanya tidak mengandung timah atau nikel. Digunakan setelah perakitan atau awal operasi, ketika baut harus dikencangkan kembali atau dilepas. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal, silakan ikuti petunjuk penggunaan di bawah ini:
1. Jika memungkinkan, bersihkan ulir dan baut dengan sikat kawat
2. Sebarkan pelumas pasta dalam jumlah yang cukup pada ulir, sampai ke celah terbawah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik
3. Agar pelumas pasta tidak berubah properti, pasta tidak boleh dicampur dengan pelumas grease atau minyak
4. Agar Molykote 1000 ini dapat diaplikasikan lebih cepat, bersih dan area lebih besar, disarankan untuk menggunakan semprotan

Penyimpanan dan Masa Pakai
Jika disimpan pada temperatur 20 °C atau di bawahnya, dalam wadah asli yang belum dibuka, Molykote 1000 Solid lube Paste dapat digunakan hingga 60 bulan dari tanggal produksi.
